• Not misuse or attempt to exploit the service

By using our service, you understand and agree that:

• MegaTask requires access to your email account(s) via secure authentication tokens (OAuth), which are stored encrypted on our servers solely for connecting to your account.
• Email content is processed transiently on our servers only when necessary for features like AI analysis. We **do not** store your email content on our servers.
• Data such as email metadata, tasks, AI summaries, and calendar information is stored locally on your device using your browser's storage.
• You are responsible for the security of the data stored locally on your device.
• Syncing calendar events involves fetching data, which is then stored locally on your device.

• Service availability may vary
• AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate
• Email processing times may vary based on volume
• Some features may be limited based on your subscription plan

All content, features, and functionality of MegaTask are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
